Energy Self-Healing Through Reiki Level 1 & Meditation gently guides children as they embark on the journey of self-love and accountability and into the world of energy healing.

A continuation of working with energy and expanding into Reiki Level 2.  A strengthening of their path in confidence, truth, and connection with the planet.

• Kids master how to work with Reiki energy in their homes, friendships, learning,  play, and in health (Reiki Level 2)
• They discover energy healing tools that feel natural and guided 
• Will increase their ability to expand their intuition and ability to play with subtleties of energy 
• Learn to use their mind, body, and heart in a cohesive and mindful way
• Cultivate their personal medicine bag of spiritual tools
• Participation in a Earth Based Initiation to become representatives of the Wind Seekers Tribe

(Must have completed Reiki Level 1 and have certificate)

Crystals hold energetic signatures and information that shift and amplify energies within us.

• 2.5 hour workshop 
• Kids will learn about the 9 crystals that support the Chakra System including the Earth Star Chakra and Soul Star Chakra
• Gain crystal knowledge on how to clear, cleanse, and charge 
• Receive their own set of crystals
• Create a crystal grid to support their emotions 
• Gain clarity on how energy works in their bodies and in everything around them
• Experience a crystal sound bowl guided meditation to activate their creativity 
• One on One 30 min Kids Crystal Reiki session (to be scheduled for another time)
